S-Group is the strategic Analytical arm of TAM Media Research that looks at Audience Analytics and Broadcast Management. TAM, with its vision to pioneer the science of broadcast management set up S-Group in 2002 to understand the dynamics of audience behaviour that will shape tomorrow’s media industry.

To devise highly inventive and innovative market solutions, S-Group leverages on vast historical data sets that include viewership, distribution, Advertising trends, On-Air promos on TV, Print, Radio, Content data and public relations data to form evocative in-depth analysis. The multiple data sets that are used, provide an exhaustive data analysis to any industry query, resulting in a feasible and clearly defined quantified solution.

S-Group works in a number of areas for broadcasters to provide a varied approach to solutions. For content and programming, accumulated data is aggregated to answer broadcasting questions on what to acquire and what to discard from the library.
