  • Radio overspread the Pie with 78% share of Category Ad Insertions.

  • Trends of category Ad Insertions on TV and Print were contrary to each other.

Top 10 Advertisers of Properties/Real Estates

  • Happy Home Group was among the top 10 advertisers on TV and Print while Xrbia Developers Pvt Ltd was among the Top 10 advertisers on Radio and Print.

Top 5 New Brands of Properties/Real Estates during Jan-Jun ΓΆ€™16

  • Happy Benchmark, Sanhita Project and Supertech Officers Enclave (Supertech-in) were the top new brands on TV, Radio and Print respectively.

Top 10 Program Genres on TV for Properties/Real Estates

  • News Bulletin was the top Program Genre with 51% share of Category advertising on TV followed by Religious/Devotional/Astrology with 10% share.

Advertising Promotions of Properties/Real Estates in Print

  • Brand Promotion covered 75% of the Pie followed by Sales Promotion with 23% share of Ad volumes.
  • Among Sales Promotions, Discount Promotion was on top with 63% share of Category advertising in Print.

Zone, Language and City wise Advertising share of Properties/Real Estates in Print

  • Mumbai topped the list of cities with 13% share of Category advertising in Print.
